Randy Pitchford took to Twitter to address the wildfire that spread from Borderlands 2 writer Anthony Burch who was asked about Borderlands 3 where he acknowledged there were ideas he would love to implement for the third game. According to Pitchford, work on Borderlands 3 has not officially started.
